By accessing and using Test Me Senpai ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Permission is granted to temporarily access the Platform for recruitment assessment purposes only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• modify or copy the materials
• use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the Platform
• remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Assessment Integrity

Users agree to maintain the integrity of all assessments by:

• Taking tests independently without external assistance
• Not sharing test content or answers with others
• Providing honest and accurate information
• Not attempting to circumvent time limits or other test parameters

4. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Platform, to understand our practices.

5. Limitations

In no event shall Test Me Senpai or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Platform.
